Joy is either new or needs additional training. First time I got razor burn/bumps from a simple haircut in over 10 years. Also, she used the clippers too superficially instead of putting it actually on my neck, so it tore some of the hairs out instead of cutting them. I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a haircut that was actually painful and I'm in my 30s. Doubt I'll be back to sports clips -- watching ESPN was great, but definitely not worth a painful haircut.
