Love sport clips and this location has been fantastic, but having only ONE stylist available on a Wednesday night is unacceptable.... wait times of over an hour!

I paid double the price for a GreatClips haircut got less then half the service. 1. I asked, "Can you put some hockey on... No sorry we have a contract with ESPN." Tammy the manager later switches to the NFL game on Fox 2. My stylist, Quebec seemed very quick to hurry me out the door. I couldn't really see my sideburns, had to ask for MVP treatment, dragged the sharp edge of the comb against my scalp, the shampoo service was non-existant.... so on and so forth... to much to list. It was more a torture session then a haircut. I was pampered at the E Cobb location 2 months ago. I know better service exists, but I will not be spending my hard earned cash for hurtful, sub-par service at this location again. If you value your scalp and your money, you wouldn't either.
